Rule 8

In accordance with Section 12 of the Act, if the victim has retained a separate legal practitioner, the concerned Public Prosecutor's Office shall be informed in accordance with Schedule-8.
(2) If the information as per sub-rule (1) is received, the relevant public prosecutor's office shall attach such information to the relevant missile.
